CNC Bridge saw with stationary bench and turning head, on monolithic steel structure

 

Suitable for many different cutting works on slabs with a total thickness of 10 – 175 mm.

Available in 3 versions:

• HTO-MB: manual and semi-automatic work mode, with inclinable head from 0 ° to 50 ° and rotating from 0 ° to 90 °, lockable in the positions 0° and 90° only;

• HTO-MB1: manual, semi-automatic and automatic work mode, with inclinable head from 0 ° to 90 ° with a 45 ° step and rotating from 0° to 180°;

• HTO-MB2: manual, semi-automatic and automatic work mode, with tilting head from 0 ° to 90 ° with a 45 ° step and rotating from 0° to 180° (optional up to 360°); 5th axis on request.

 

Several optional features and accessories are available, including:

• Single beam BRIDGE made of structural steel framing. Bridge translation on linear guides with sliding blocks (4-ways recirculation). Centralized greasing blocks and water/dust protections. Movement powered by a precision brushless motor on racks with inclined teeth.

• SLIDING OVERHEAD SUPPORT running along the bridge on Linear guides with sliding blocks (4-ways recirculation). Centralized greasing blocks and water/dust protections. Movement powered by a precision brushless motor on racks with inclined teeth.

• Fixed , non-tilting, non-turning BENCH.

• 11 kW / 15.1 hp (S6) DISC ELECTRO-SPINDLE:

  • HTO-MB: inclinable from 0 ° to 50 ° – manual inclination by handwheel and displayed on control panel – and rotating from 0 ° to 90 ° and lockable in the sole positions at 0 ° and 90 °, with manual movement displayed on control panel.

  • HTO-MB1: inclinable from 0 ° to 90 ° with step at 45 ° – Manual inclination by handwheel and displayed on control panel – and rotating from 0 ° to 180 ° (± 3 °), motorized and controlled movement.

  • HTO-MB2: inclinable from 0 ° to 90 ° with step at 45 ° and rotating from 0 ° to 180 ° (± 3 °) (optional from -3 ° to + 363 °), with motorized and controlled movements.

• PROGRAMS:

  • HTO-MB: multiple measures program, parallel cutting. Vertical and inclined step cutting routine;

  • HTO-MB1: multiple measures program, parallel cutting. Vertical and inclined step cutting routine. Differently oriented cuts in manual and automatic mode;

  • HTO-MB2: multiple measures program, parallel cutting. Vertical and inclined step cutting routine. Differently oriented cuts in manual and automatic mode. Curbed cuts with the disc program. Optional: router bits and candle tools;

• CONTROL BOARD supported by an articulated arm and containing all the necessary controls, 17′ “touch screen” (10′ for HTO-MB) programmer inclusive.
